Note on Application Process, Terms & Processing of Personal Data Protection

By submitting this application, it is deemed that consent has been given to the administration to process and retain the information for purposes of the administration of enrolment and matters related thereto. The information will be retained by the School in accordance with its retention policy, of which are described in this link. |

Application can ONLY be made online through the prescribed form AND must be followed by payment of Application Fee (in RM only) in accordance to #payment instructions. |

Application form and payment must be completed and submitted online before the stipulated time frame. Incomplete or late application and payment will not be considered or processed. |

^Notifications (by email) for placement assessment and / or admission interview will be given only to properly completed applications. |
| 5. |
The Application and Fee are non-transferable and non-refundable. Applicants who do not attend the placement assessment and / or admission interviews will automatically be disqualified without any refund of application fees. |

The Application Fee is non-refundable regardless whether the applicant is subsequently offered a place or not. |
| 7. |
Inaccurate or erroneous information could lead to the Application being rejected at any time in the admission process. |

The administration reserves all rights at any time to amend, add or vary the terms and procedure of the Application. |
